Humorous Illustrator and cartoonist, Shannon Parish has worked in the non-profit arena since 1983 and in the speaking industry since 1997.

Her training as a leader in the non-profit industry prepared her well to meet the many administrative needs that are required with a volunteer workforce, including speaking to women's groups and training volunteers.

Artistic, intuitive and creative visualizing has benefited literally hundreds of leaders of non-profit organizations internationally through Sarah's Tent, an Internet community of church leaders which she founded in 1997.
